Was it this mustang? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nSYHrqrHDw0
I will be heading out to the races at Pacific raceway in Kent this Saturday. I was hopeing to see the gold Mustang. Hopefully it wasn't damaged to much.

That's the one. The car is fine to the best of my knowledge and the car and driver are possibly the closest contenders to the #67 Camaro driven by Kunicki. The Mustang sounds incredible, it was one of the first I heard driving through the pits when I first arrived and it sounds wicked and rev's like a small block.

I told you it was a contender!

What I didn't say it was almost lapped in the second heat race on Saturday by the Camaro. The Camaro packed it up Saturday (certainly due to lack of competition) and headed home to Canada.

Seriously both the Mustang and Camaro are well worth watching due to the drivers and the sound of the motors...........but that little 302 definitely has the 427 covered....IMO

Lol... The Mustang was on the pole with a Corvette second. Those two cars put on a great race and were bumper to bumper the whole time. It was a fun race to watch. Towards the end of the video you can see the nose of the Corvette a couple times and a pass. On the second to last lap the Corvette passed the Mustang in the chicane... and then missed a gear coming out and the mustang got back by. That's a good in car video... I was sorry to see the classic Torino getting lapped by the Mustang though.
