Fab question - Is that splitter 0.25" aluminum or thicker ?

And the rounded leading edge was that really formed solely by hand operation of the grinder/sander ? Looks pretty nice if so.

Yup - .25" aluminum and the edge was hand ground.

I'm more impressed every time I check progress! The recessed cowl the width of the hood vents with cowl induction overlap looks like it was meant to be that way. The splitter is really nice too! Great job!

can you tell me what the length of the wood you used for your stands? Are the lifts the same size front and rear? I need to make a set asap.
