What Greg I don't even know what you are talking about.

"All this took place just seconds behind an equally intense fight for the lead that eventually went to the Mark Winterbottom/Steve Richards FPR Pepsi Max Falcon ahead of the Red Bull Commodore of Jamie Whincup and Paul Dumbrell."

Greg that pedal fab look awesome. Nobody will ever guess it didn't come as part of the set.

Sometimes that is a shame. You see a finished car and don't even realize the time that went into details such as that.

Thanks for sharing it. Too bad it's on a Camaro

It really was a great race Rob, if you get a chance to watch it, do.

It was a very poorly attended event… so it doesn't surprise me a bit that it's not running again. You can only imagine the cost of the transportation - the crews - the air fares etc to ship this stuff all around -- so they have to sell some tickets -- or get some major air time. I don't thing they did either.

I have been working on the dash pad, what a piece of $hitt. If there is one part I hate in a 69 Camaro it's the dash pad.

I have had all sorts of problems with the fit up to the DSE dash, I am not sure if the pad is the problem or the dash.

So I have made it fit, it will be covered in leather so it should come out fine.

First I cut it up, then I filled it and shaped it with Sika Flex.

My other big hate it the waviness on the leading edge of the dash pad as it's held down by about 8 clips. I had the boys at Rowe & Sons make me up a leading edge from metal, to hold it nice and straight.
