Default Good prices on your website, but has anyone purchased there.

Im new here. I actually found the Supercharged Auto website, and the prices are unbelievably good on the brake pads I need, which is where the problem lies.

I mean no offense, but they are so good that they raise that red flag and the hair on the back of my neck that tells me that if a price is too good to be true,it just might be.

So I goggled it,and the only site that I found something on was here. Which is potentially ok. I see their account is fairly new here, and that's potentially OK too. Every business starts off as new. Of course the problem on the internet is,it leads to a lack of a trail of trust. So I was wondering if anyone over here, preferably someone with a nice long history of a few years, has ordered from them or knows anything about them and will vouch for them?

Just to be clear,I'm not trying to offend or anything, and I have no reason at all to think there is anything wrong with them. The only reason I'm digging a little deeper is because they are so new,and their prices are honestly close to half of what others are charging, which is not a bad thing at all. In fact,I make online purchases with a credit card that covers me in case of fraud,so its not even that. Its that if I end up with a purchase going sideways,it will probably be a week or two before its to the point I know its not just a screw up,and then I have to order what I need somewhere else, and the cars sitting there with the rear pad gone down into the rotor and I have to drive this terrrible 72 International Harvester 4x4 to work in the winter with a hole the size of a dinner plate in the floor you can see the road through. Not fun at all! (although it WILL go over just about anything, and NEVER gets stuck in the snow,so next year when I get all the holes patched up with sheet metal and the inner rockers replaced,it will be great)

If it all checks out,Ill post back my experience here so there will be a trail of someone who had a good experience with them for the next guy who googls for them.

As for things that I would like to see carried, for me it wont make much difference for a year or two as I will have bought pads, but what I was originally looking for were the Akebono Performance ultra premium ceramic pads for my 2012 Mustang GT,both front and rear. What I find is,most vendors carry the ACT1081and ACT1082. THose are the ProAct premium ceramic, for the front and rear of the mustang GT without brembo brakes. Then they carry the ASP1001,which is the Performance ultra premium ceramic for the fronts, because that's the ONLY pad they make for the brembo GT,the BOSS302 and GT500 of those years. The problem is,for those of us with brembos,Anklebone does NOT list that ACT1082 pad as acceptable on the rear, even though it will fit. (Actually, this is common across many lines of pads from many manfacturers, where a lesser pad is specified ONLY for the non Brembo models,or even for the models before the front brakes were increased in size, and then a different, more robust pad is specified later,if any is at all. Presumably it needs the better pad back there, and certainly it makes no sense to shell out extra money for better pads on the front, but go with something less on the rears.

But in my searches over the last couple of days,Ive seen many posts on the various forums complaining of the same problem. No one seems to have the rear pads in the Performance ultra premiums for Mustangs, and in fact, very few vendors seems to carry the Performance ultra premium pads at all,for any car. (the brake pads on the mustang brembos for instance are shared among most cars that come with 4 piston brembos up front, like the genesis coupe ,volvos, etc.) Every review ive read of them however has been great. So I dont know why more people dont carry them.
