Not sure yet, depends on the outcome of the chargeback. Either way, better $1000 than $5000.

It's hard to say what this actually means. Bankruptcy doesn't necessarily mean that they will cease to exist, but it may. They may restructure and continue to operate.

Edit: - - It appears that the most recent filing is Chapter 7. Thanks to GW for pointing that out below.

I would contact Legend Gear since they are the ones actually building the transmissions. http://legendgt.com/
