I have 4 sitting on a pallet here.

You can pic them up cheap they look to be s10 blazer spare tires.

ps you may have to take off the rotors to make them fit.

04-06 GTO spares work too. I got four on ebay but the price has risen considerably since then.

I asked Mark a long time ago about those...they are old C-4/C-5 corvette spares. He said to get them cheap off of eBay.

Yep aluminum C-4 spares. Took me 8 months on Ebay and swap meets but never paid more than $20 each.

They work great and clear DSE spindles.

Maybe if Paul and Joe will read this they will post some pictures.

Camaro update:

Engine Update:

I stopped by Thomson Automotive and they started on my engine. I have a block, well I think it is my block. Looks like all the part are there so It will break up the winter blahs if we can dyno it soon.

Paint Update:

I think the Dutchboys are going to beat my engine done. LOL The car is in the paint both and the PPG paint is there ready to go next week.

Here is a photo Paul sent today of the front sub-frame ready to go into the car. They are on it!

Shop Update:

My general contractor has slipped 6 weeks so that is not done either. The dry wall guy is scheduled for next week. I need the shop done before the car can come home. It sucks not being home to work on it so it will get done soon. The work they have done so far is nice. I added plywood to the lower wall like in my old shop.

So it is a race between the Paint work, the engine and my shop on which will finish first.

Once I get is all home it will be fun finishing the car.

Z/28 Update:

My other bigger project the 2014 Z/28 is on time and is launching great. Look for a ton of track shoot-outs features coming out soon.

The cars we beat on track in these shoot outs will shock some of you. Stay tuned more to come!

It's been a busy year so far!

Hey Mark -- I'll call Thomson in the morning and tell them how to spell your name....

And -- it should have MISTER in front of it don't ya think??

Would Charley and I be faster if we had the new Z/28 instead of our clapped out Mustangs?? LOL

It's a rhetorical question....

The guys at Thomson Auto are very busy with the shop right now. They painted all the floors and walls. The place looks great now.

If you are ever in Detroit it is worth a trip by to check the place out. It is cool place to just look around at.

You guys would be faster in the Z/28 then the old Mustangs. The Z/28 is a hoot on the track.
