And wouldn't a "chrome roll bar" and a step side, gold paint be the 6 million dollar man?

Nonetheless, probably my favorite gm p/u body style right there, i've always wanted one...

Remember the 1980 GMC and Chevy's had square headlights. IIRC they were an option.

I had forgotten about this special edition GMC model. My new fav of the 1973-1980 trucks.

I never knew about those trucks, Skip. I've never seen the short box one before. I bet it's pretty rare. Good looking truck.

I do remember this truck from Cannonball Run but didn't realize it was a factory truck, or the same thing as what you posted, Skip, until I went searching for it. Cool stuff.

My Dad and and Father-in-law both served in the Navy.

Very cool.

Nice too for folks that need a dually could replicate the 1980 Indy truck look if they don't buy new for whatever reason, and have something different than 99.9% of what's out there.
