Default When Projects Sit Too Long!!!

Went up to my new shop building this weekend to drop off a bunch of stuff from my current garage (doing the moving thing) and saw that my 72 Corvette coupe was sitting a little low in the front...I mean like on the ground low. I saw the front right tire was flat and thought, dang it has a leak. Leak!!, that's an understatement, it had a hole about 2" across blown slam out of it!! This car has been sitting around for 20+ plus years on the same tires and they are dry rotted pretty good I guess. As I went around to the left side it got even better, the entire tire delaminated and had blown all apart.

That might be a clue to get around to actually do something with the car!!

Here is a shot before the outside was completed. Bottom is stone and front has craftsman style posts.

Yeah,
I wish I could finish it up inside but I need to focus on getting the house built first.......wife is a little sensitive about that

Your right, I should start a build thread for the shop, but heck, it took Ron S to throw me off his thread for me to get off my azz to start this Nova build thread.....ha ha.

Ya, guessing once one blew the other was right behind it. Must have made a big boom LOL.

64 is waiting for Sam Farrington, someday I may adopt him and I want to have a project to work on together Ha ha.

The car has only recently been moved to the new building....not even done yet. I'll post some pics of the outside of the building later. It's 45 X 80 with 14' ceiling and a 16 X 80 storage room upstairs to store all of the parts
