It is designed to work with the wider track a-arms so you would need to change those too. Brakes are different too for a variety of reasons. The parts you would remove are compatible with the current Street Machine suspension series, so they could be easily cycled onto another project.

Here's a behind-the-scenes picture of our new gStreet billet aluminum upright. In this pic you can see three phases of machining process: raw billet, first operation, and final operation.
