Well, that is a first positive review. I am technical and have done a few EFI systems and wired a few vehicles in my day. Will probably do it.

The key sems to be clean electrical power. For some reason FAST doesn't filter the input power.
I had an alternator that lost only .8VDC ,Running voltage EVERYTHING on 12.5 VDC from 13.3 I removed the alternator and had a real alternator shop check it and found a bad diode.
The FAST display has a voltage display so the voltage drop was noticable.

I feel an MSD requires the capaciter on the input to protect the system from the MSD and the FAST needs the same to protect it from the system.

That is what I heard. Someone added a diode to the pink FAST 12v in to filter out voltage spokes while cranking and got consistent results.
