Has it been restored or just well kept?

The auto trans and incorrect tires affect it some, but still a very nice piece.
I don't know a lot of specifics but I think it's had a jaded life, 3 owner vehicle IIRCC. Don't think it's seen a formal restoration of any type other than a paint job.

The auto may hurt the purist but the swap could be considered ahead of it's time based on current 4x4 trends.

As it sits I'd say mid teens if it's really that clean. Pull all the goofy stuff off and return it back to OEM and you'd likely see mid twenties.

Stock painted grill
Steelies with poverty caps
Stock exhaust tips
OEM door panels

Power steering and power disc brakes add quite a bit of value to these older rigs, that and they're just more fun to drive.

Nice looking Bronco. Biggest problem with these things is rust. Door posts are a bad area for rust along with floors and quarters.. Its listed as a 71 but its a 67 or 68 by some details on the body and the 289 engine listed in the build sheet. Auto trans were only offered from 73 and up, although the Stroppe Broncos had them in 72. These things go for $20000-$30000 for decent clean trucks. Stock or custom doesn't seem to make much difference. A friend of mine just sold his custom one for $60000. There was a similar one for sale on craigslist here in the Vancouver area a short time ago for $23500
I remember the days when you could get one of these for under a grand and have a good driver........damn I'm getting old.
