Blake orders them through and they are delivered by the local Chevrolet dealership and are genuine GM part number Corvette hubs. I'm the marketing guy here and make stuff look cool and post up ads like this one. I don't know much more about the specifics on the spindle parts than what I've mentioned. Blake is traveling for the rest of the month and will be back after the 1st, you may want to pm him to ask specifics when he gets back.

I do know we switched part numbers a while back because the new hubs have a stronger bearing assembly than the previous standard Corvette hub we used to use. We strive to offer customers the best of the best in our products and services, so that's why we switched to the new ones and order genuine GM Corvette hubs and not imitations from non GM local or cheap online autoparts suppliers. ATS spindles have a long track record of leading the industry in spindle design, being super high quality, super strong, hold up fantastic in the harshest of racing, and we and many many previous customers stand behind them. I'm not sure why anyone would worry about them all of a sudden, our commitment to excellence hasn't and will never change.

Hope that helps.

I swap ZR1 hubs on a fairly routine basis (Corvettes), and of course I am not interested in shipping the assembly to get someone else to do my work. Also, all I would really like to know is where the "new" ZR1 hubs you are installing are made. If they are SKF with a GM part number, that is fine. If not, I want to know more about them (especially who makes them).

Look here as I think this is what Blake will be posting up. They are a great hub for the price. No need to buy the higher dollar C5/6 ZR1/ SKF hubs, these are literally the same thing at hundreds less. As you will see they also offer a splined version for rear applications as well.. Hopefully Blake can confirm. If this is correct, I would suggest changing all advertising to exclude "ZR1 Hub" and advertise what they are,,,, C7 stingray hubs to avoid claims of false advertising. NOTHING wrong with utilizing the C7 components so may as well just call it what it is.
It does shuffle the dollars around a bit since these are much less than the actual ZR1 hubs. One might think the Uprights themselves are $300ish and the rest in hubs as your current advertisement stands...

Looks like a good piece - something you could trust. I'm sure not having the wheel speed sensor or the splines gets the price down, and it appears the actual bearing is larger (like the ZR1). It will be interesting to see if the new Z06 with the big Carbon Ceramic Brakes (same as the ZR1) uses the same AC Delco hub as the base 2014/5 Stingray.
