I have used Tanks Inc EFI set ups in several 1st Gens and they have all been trouble free. The last one was with my built LS7 approx 650 HP

I just received the clipped corner 69 Tank for my new car. Car has DSE Quadralink, mini tubbed and the LS3/525 HP crate motor going in.

The quality of the powder coated tank is great.

Tanks had a vent issue with their 1st Gen tanks that when the tank was full it could vent fuel as pressure in the tank increased. We solved the problem by adding a vent at the top of the filler neck.

Tanks new design has resolved this issue by adding a vent port in the recessed area of the tank.

IMHO getting a show quality Tank that holds approx 18 gals with pump (Walbro which is a good quiet pump) straps, and sending unit for about $600 shipped to your door is a no brainer.

fyi - this tank will not fit cars with relocated leaf springs.

So good to hear, can I ask what size pump you went with for the ls3 525?

Not to hi-jack too bad but he went with the 255lph walbro.

We've sold a couple more beyond what Vegas John & his friend bought from us, everyone is very happy with them.
We have installed several of the non-clipped EFI tanks and there's not much more you can ask for especially for the price of them. Not downing Rick's at all, as their products are also top notch.

255

I ran a 255 in my LS7 car and it performed perfectly.

If I was running over 500 hp and hard tracking I would consider the 400

Looks like a great tank for the price. How do they look when installed? Pic's? Being that they are 1" deeper than stock, do they hang down lower than say a DSE or Vapor Works tanks? Put a lot of money and time making it look nice underneath, don't want to only see a gas tank when looking from behind.
