Its a nylock nut so just tighten till the bushing slack is gone then torque. it is possible to over tighten.

Vince you always come through with the exact info I am looking for thank you again so much. Do you just use stock torque specs

I usually torque that nut to 25 ftlbs since it's a nylock. If you ever run into something with out a spec you can fall back on a fastener torque chart. I have one printed out and keep it in a reference folder.
