It's hard for me to jump on the Dodge wagon. It wasn't long ago that they built a pretty poor product and that means something to me.

I tend to pay attention to the the questions asked .... but sure a mid sized truck should not be your answer to the I want to tow > 7000 lbs but not what we're discussing here

Just purchased a diesel Colorado after selling my 195 K mile 2500 Duramax, which was awesome and no issues with, and am super happy.
29 mpg hwy, 600 mile range, tows 7700 lbs, and super quiet. Easy to park also, LOL.
Test drive it.

If we're really going to start splitting hairs here, op asked about full sized dodges and getting away from gm...

Just sayin; If it's a dd, a Colorado (or Canyon) is a great little pickup for sure. If you're going to tow Anything close to 7k an inch more than a few times a year, get a full size. i love my diesel Colorado, but every time I pull something, I miss my full size. Just my two cents.

Thumbs up

I appreciate all of the replies so far (and keep them coming) LOL I am not stuck on one truck brand. Just looking to find one that fits my needs, mainly something that will pull my camaro whenever I need to. After doing some internet research, it seems that people are having mixed reviews about the Ecodiesel. There is about a 50/50 split between those have had no issues and those that are having trouble getting their trucks fixed from Dodge due to valve train issues and DEF issues. Stuart, thanks for suggesting the Colorado. I will be going to look at that one sometime this week.
