x2 I'm anxious to see how this turns out. Keep up the great work. Love seeing the detailed pictures of the changes.

Killer build, man. Back in the 70's everyone was flaring the second gens, and for good reason - they just look insane.

Very nicely done...flows nicely with the original lines. Just wondering how you will do the tail panel? Will you push the tail lights out by the amount the rear was widened?
MY 67 Nova needs quarter panels I wish I had the skills and guts to try something like this.
Awesome job...hanging on for updates.

Looking good man.

We should get the cars together when they're done, so people can tell us they had one just like it

It's really worth doing. I almost wish I had not brought the back in. The tail is just .5" wider on both sides. Hard to see.

I'm working through the taillight question right now. I am definitely going to rebuild the tail light holes as the factory holes are a good 3/16" bigger than the tail light. I don't think I'm going to move them out though, seems like they will look better in the original location and just letting the return to the fender fill the gap. Go for it on your Nova, patience will get you there!!

Hell yes we should!! You and Steve Lenning were very inspirational in my approach!! Thank you very much!! Enjoying the parallel paths we are on! If I keep to my schedule, should be ready to fire it up Summer 2018.

Truth be told, I knew that if I started slicing the rear of the fender to get it to lay back down the factory location, I would end up with an ocean of waves! I wanted it wider to help with the 3rd gen spoiler I'm planning to mimic but I really just committed to letting it decide how wide it wanted to be without cutting anything more than the center body line. You and Steve both get serous props from me!!
