btw, is it possible to swap in an electronic valvebody in the aod, and use a shrifter??
At this point, if he is trying to turn this into a "shipping dispute", you should just try to contact your credit card company and ask for a charge back and then move on. If you prepaid by check, then things get more complicated.

No you cannot simply upgrade an AOD into an AODE.

No, this sounds like a different scumbag. He posts everywhere.

So did Frank, up until the word got out about his business practices.

I dont want to say anything until I get home and check on my home desktop where the pics are saved. I'll post up by the end of the night. If the pics match then I hope whoever needs to will get in contact with me. I have everything.....just hanging onto it for a rainy day when he decided to do business again. Either way I'm sorry for the troubles.

Default similar but not related

I was dealing with a guy named Jay Bruno in NY that had a porting shop called Absolute Speed. He got me for about $3000. Steve was even kind enough to try and find him.

Steve if you are bored, I will send you $1500 if you will send me his cod sack.

The owner of CKPerformance, Chris Kokkonis, posts regularly at http://www.turbobuick.com/forums, username Chris718, and is held in high regards for their customer service. I wonder what the problem is?

look here, anyone who is interested.we built and delivered a transmission, converter and related items for this customer.a private shipper picked it up and lost 1 parcel containing a shifter, drive shaft yoke and filler tube.we contacted the shipper 3 times and they dont respond.there is nothing else for us to do.we are well respected in the transmission world and take very good care of our customers.we never attempt to defraud anyone and our companies reputation speaks for itself.if you have nothing to do with this or understand the circumstances incomplete this is not the place for you to discuss it.my name is christoforos kokkonis.i run ckperformance at 9 16 37th avenue in long island city queens.come in and see our operation and we can discuss it further if that is what your looking to do.it is unfortunate but i have made attempts with the shipper for contact and they have not phoned in or emailed back.i was even willing to resend the missing parts and wait to get reimbursed by the shipping company however this childish behavior does not show your attempts or willingness to work with us either .

Both sides have had their say, now before it gets out of hand, I'll lock it. I hope the 2 sides can come to a resolution and I can delete this thread all together.
