Both upper and lowers are for 68-74 Nova Correct?
-> Yes, these fit 3rd gen Novas (X-body), 1st gen Camaro/Firebird (F-body). Note the high clearance uppers should only be used with tall spindles as I mentioned and was told by Blake at Speedtech when he sold me these.

I couldn't find that UCA part number and the one listed on their site doesn't mention needing Tall spindles, even from the road assault pckg.
-> I don't believe they list these separate from the pro-touring subframe as that is what they were originally designed for. They are available from Jegs, et al online if you google the part number.

Also, would you be including the grade 8 hardware or possibly the coil spring isolators?
->Yes, hardware pictured is included. The lowers didn't come with spring isolators. Those are an option I believe and/or available separately.
