I can't remember if they were all the way tightened at the time the pic was taken but probably not a bad idea to check them to be sure. I don't think there's enough wiggle room to get the tie bar inside the hole to mount them on top of the arm. I was a little concerned about having enough collapse able travel mounted on top because the car is lowered already.
