For ABS the bigger line is need to supply the volume of fluid needed for the ABS module. For a passive system that you are not gong to track 3/16 for everything should be good. If I was going to track the car with big brakes I would do 1/4 to the tee for the front and rear systems, Then 3/16 to the corners.

Would you do the same size lines 1/4 to the tee front and rear with manual big brakes for the track? Note: 7/8" bore size master cylinder and caliper piston area spec'd for a manual big brake setup

If I was building it I would use 1/4. I think 3/16 would be fine.

I don’t have any good data on passive brakes. I have not used them for 12 years.

On my older builds I did 3/16 to the front tee.

It worked.

The reality of just how far ahead of the curve Mark is. Playing on another level. Everyone else still trying to figure out what master cylinder to use.
