Personally, I don't care if it has been done before, I just want the car that I want. With that said, I love seeing new ideas and new directions, but that also has to be tempered with common sense. You can't just build outside the box for the sake of being outside the box. A lot of times there's a reason why something hasn't been done before.

I should add that magazines are trying their best to stay alive. The internet and sites like ours have been the reason for their steadlily declining numbers and ad revenue. A review of the circulation numbers of any of the big name automotive magazines drives that home.

Thanks for your input guys, I just really like the photo quality and creative layouts done in magazines and look forward to seeing cars posted on this site and others. still love reading my mags at work!
