Great paint job and the color is sweet!

I enjoyed the story as well.

I'll look for you at SEMA 2011.

Talk about a hot thread. One post by Pete this morning, and it's already 4 pages back.

I've been down Pete's shop plenty of times, all the way through this build and was impressed the whole way (as I am with everything he touches anyway). It's great to have a guy with his talent not far from where I live. It's not always easy to find the "good shops", but with Comp Spec it's very easy to just drop my car off for work and then get someone to give me a ride home.

Back in 2006 I met Pete from the forum on Hot Rod's website. It started out as just a bunch of guys from the Northeast, trying to get together to cruise down to FL for the start of Power Tour. By the end of the week, there were definitely some good friendships made, but Pete was by far, one of the best (His friend/co-worker Brian is ok too...LOL!).

Since then I have always considered him a real good friend, as well as someone who is always willing to help out or add advice when needed. To meet someone with his talent and down to earth personality is rare. He is definitely one of those guys, that you have to be careful to not to judge a book by it's cover.

Tony, you definitely got a once in a million lifetime's chance with this whole thing. Congrats on that!

And Pete, without trying to sound like a kiss-ass. All the kudos and spotlight you have gotten from this build..... YOU DESERVE IT ALL my friend!

You have truly done an incredible job on it! As you know I went with these colors and no bling to show the craftsmanship of the build....it's already working!!

Thanks again my man!!!

Tony, I'm so happy for you. Once it's back home, you should resolve yourself to only one hour of Lat-G exposure a day, until the car is done!

And I expect your only posts to be status updates!

Hats off to Pete and crew, first class all the way... -Rob

Thanks Jim! We realize the SS stripe isn't exactly to OE size...but that's the way Carter designed it and we like it! Kinda goes with the whole theme of the build. We paid respect to the origional style of the 68 Camaro...but slightly modded just about everything! You will either love it or hate it!

Rob, one hour a day and only post updates? Man you might catch up to my post count total!
