I will be using all 3" plumbing, not sure what material yet though...haven't decided what finish I want in the end. I have to decide soon though!

I will be routing the inlet threw the core support and the outlet will fit perfectly under the core support next to the frame. This is nice since I can still mount the radiator catch can and a/c drier (back to back) on the c/s.

I have a standard front end.

Are you thinking of adding an IC?

I'd leave it the way it is:

1) Maximize Cooling
2) Put money where it shows, or makes more power

My $.02,

Ty

if you really want it black i think you may have to annodize it.
i know paint and powdercoat will affect how well the fins actually transfer heat, so you wont want to do that....

Anthony, I had an IC, but with the rs grill the headlight doors really screwed with the way I was going to plumb it. I'm only running 8-9 psi and so far it works fine the way it is. I used two stainless donuts on mine, one 3" out of the blower and a 3.5" on the inlet side ducted to the other side of the inner fender.

Jack your ducting looks great! Did you TIG it and then gring down the welds...it looks seemless!! Did you have to build the transition at the TB? If so I bet that was a slow process!! Did you bead roll the end of the tubing?

Your car really turned out nice!!
