We're doing it. I own a shop that does auto restoration. Granted, we do mostly classic Porsche, Ferrari and Lamborghini but make an exception now and then. My father started it in 1968. We have cars with every major collector out there.
The pic on the lift is at my shop, with Roger my shop foremen.
You can see a lot of my shop in my shop truck thread. We have interior (clean) bays, 4 down draft paint booths with heat, etc.
I took it to two other shops for the estimates, just to document everything.
I've finally learned, there are few people that will do it right. I am one and I have a few of those folks in my employ. They just don't do Camaros that handle, accelerate or brake.

Looks like I have to dip my fingers into that market, or at least my car.
