have you contacted Steve? To make a brand new piece can take a while. It would be nice if you'd at least call him and see what he says first.

Search Twist Machine HERE on Lateral-g or on any other site and you will find not one other incidence of customer complaint or dissatisfaction.

We go above and beyond any normal business practice for customer satisfaction. 100% money back guarantee including shipping both ways. Unconditional. That policy makes most of my business peers cringe. It's an easy policy to support, because it rarely needs to be applied.

So you can see how it might PAIN me to be called a liar--Especially without any previous attempts at personal contact. Second gen Pontiac core bars are an important part. They need to be made. And they are in the works. And development started after completion of our billet gauge bezels.

But we're not going to make the same mistake twice. Application confirmation needs to be tested IN-HOUSE on 70-73, 74-76, 77-78 and 79-81. The process started by locating a local Long Island Trans Am collector. Part fitment needs to compensate for variations in sheetmetal. So far, that appears to be an overkill approach. But that's how it's gonna be.

Could take another six to eight months to build parts that will satisfy our unconditional guarantee requirements.

Thank YOU for your patience
/Steevo

Well said Steve,

Problem I see here is that people think they can just call and have us make parts overnight. First you have to find and get the car and you may have it in and out of the shop 10 times test fitting things and what they really dont get is all the time and money that goes into making sure they fit right and wont have issues.

I would like to talk to you Steve when you have a chance.

Did you really post this without making any attempt to contact Steve?
You will never find a vendor more willing to do whats right for his customers than Steve C.

I think comp'ing a new part in this case was above and beyond. Especially in this case what was a vendor screw-up outside the control of Twist Machine.

I think that is pretty damn fine service if you ask me! Makes me confident to deal with Twist Machine and Steve.

Easssssy there.....In case you did not know, Steve is a supporting vendor here and at other sites and his products and customer service are top notch. You should take the time to call and talk to him and you will see what kind of stand-up guy he is before trying to drag his rep through the mud. Not that you will get anywhere trying to do that here as we all know better, most by personal experience.

Geez.... it would have taken you less time to dial his phone # (which was previously provided to you) than to write this unfair post.
