Sorry you had to cut it up so far. The arms looks like he's doing a nice job on them. The adjustability is going to be helpful with tuning it in. That's going to be a nice brake set up.

Oh and I like pictures too.

I like where this is headed- Subtle and functional.

If anyone's interested, I am having upper front control arms made to clear the coils on the coil over.

I talked with a bunch of folks, suspension rub at any stage of the game is bad ju-ju.

Otherwise, it takes a while to make them and ship them here. They do great quality control, so some of the delay is them not shipping you the one crappy hood in the style you ordered they got from overseas.
Right now I'm really feeling that delay, a month after ordering I was told by Classic another 90 days... just in time for fall lol.

Car's looking awesome, really liking the stretch...

So, forward progress requires a few steps back. We braced the car, cut the quarter off and pushed the roof back up where it belongs. No more 1/2" drop. The quarter will be fitted with a trunk, filler plate and rear glass in place, so it all fits.

50+ hours into the shell so far. The other side is 2" wider and finished with metal work. We pulled the rocker out and I formed a buck for carbon fiber flares.

Installing the new DSE wheel tub was easy. It was barely welded on.

Just read through this whole thread when I should be out working! Very cool build. Way past the scope of what I can do, but inspiration nonetheless. haha

Sucks redoing work...but I'm glad it's back on track. I'm actually redoing some hack jobs on car...some from the previous owner and some from myself when I was 19 years old. (My shifter and ebrake setup being one of them) haha

In this pic after the Lizard Skin you can see the box I made to close out the shifter and serve as one of the 4th-gen console mounts. You can barely see the hole in the tunnel for the ebrake cable pass through too.

I'm glad to see that DSE setup fits under the fender too. I did the same relocation when I smoothed my firewall but took the cheap stock wiper route for now. That DSE would be a nice upgrade as the budget allows.
