I can only speak for my set up, the car is outfitted with dse minitubs and there 3" drop leafs and shocks with offset shackles in a 67 with non staggered shocks. I went with a stainless works 3 inch, complete exhaust system with x pipe. The tails did not fit, and Ive been messing with it for 6 months it s***s. Used the rock valley tank as well. I think its gonna be tough to find a system for that set up. Any exhaust system you buy up to the mufflers should be ok, you probably will have to custom bend the tails.

Rich,
Did you get your tank with the corners cut off? Would that even have helped?

That probably would have helped, unfortunatly I had to have that shiny SS tank. Now Im cutting these tails and screwing around with band clamps trying to piece it together. I got frustrated a couple months back and tore them off and put 60 degree dumps on the back of the muffs but its just to loud. I really want to drive the car and dont want it to drive me crazy.

The bad thing about turndowns at the muffler is that you get exhaust in the car when sitting, the exhaust kicks up any dust on the road when sitting, and it is loud.

And it won't pass inspection in some states.
