Default Tie Rod Adapter ?

Gents,

Did a quick search and didn't see anything specific to this question. Sorry if I missed it.

I'm looking to replace the stock C5 rear tie rod end and go with heim joints like Alan's G-Force 'cuda. I haven't found a source for the tie rod adapter beyond Baer and Speedway.

Any others that you know of ? Thanks very much !

Jim

Just wanted to finalize this thread.

Zip Products has a kit that replaces the C5 Rear Suspension tie rod(s)

I just did this on my C4. I got QA1 rod ends and AFCO swedged tubes. I looked into the tie rod adapter but decided to just drill out the taper and use a 3/4 bolt. Anyway here is a source I found http://www.daymotorsports.com/product/1948/c/S17/
Also try [email protected] he told me he had one that would work. Don't bother with Zip, my total cost was $100

I was going to say make your own.

pegasus racing sells all the parts you need to complete this.
