Default Genesis.....

So we updated the site.....added some pics...etc...etc. We are on a tight schedule but as long as all the things I can't control don't go too wrong, we won't run behind. Cam and lifters went in today. My g/f Jacquie put in the sound deadener/controller yesterday (and today) and over the last few days I've been finishing up the front suspension. The firewall also got welded up last weekend as the motor was arriving...much thanks to Kris Horton's parents for not only a killer deal on a nice longblock but also for being kind enough to deliver it to us out here in Vegas; we have already completely torn it apart

I wish progress could be faster on this car but we both have our "real" jobs to tend to first to pay for this and it definitely limits us to nights and weekends. We're confident no one will be dissapointed. This car would not be possible without the help of our friends...

Here's some teaser shots, otherwise goto www.zefhix.com for all.

Cool, progress is good. The X-pipe with the electric cut outs would be fun. I could see myself getting in trouble with that little toy. lol

Does trouble equal fun? Or does fun equal trouble?

If it's anything like our build, have fun not sleeping in October.

Great progress so far. My parents were glad to help. Heck, it meant getting rid of the spare big block in our garage and a trip to Vegas for my mom.

Haha...yes, enourmous pressure! You know, we have some great support. Alot of people are really in tune with what we're doing with this car and I think they respect the build because of it...even the purists. We have one of those gigantic desktop calendars with every day filled out between now and SEMA with stuff that needs to be done/people to call/parts to order, etc. The sound deadener is killer, very much worth it. We couldn't believe the difference, either. We hope that fun = trouble and that spells S*H*R*I*F*T*E*R. Steve, we're ready for you; I have to say it is one of the things I look forward to most about the cars completion....grabbing gears! I'll call you tommorow with everything. (Did you spell my name right yet on your website? )

You guys really have to thanks the g/f, though. Not only for her auto intervention when it comes to orginization but her willingness to do some very hard work. Thanks for the compliments. sorry about the scatterbrained response....
