I hear you, Jake. It's been a long winter here, too. We've had snow on the ground since December 1st.

Default Snow

As I mentioned in my e-mail I was born and raised in vermont the winter cabin fever and snow made me leave. Oklahoma isn't perfect but the snow is never here more than a week. And yes I have a spare bedroom so bring your laptop and we'll staighten out my Jim Meyer suspension.

I too am ready for spring, summer, or I would even settle for fall. I am just sick of winter, though it looks like the winter here hasn't been nearly as bad as the winter there .

Wow. Lot's of snow there. It's cooler here Today (78 degrees and sunny) Southern California. Yesterday was mid 80's. My kids would be lovin all that snow but I can see it would get old quick. On the plus side I hear it the Fall season is awesome up your way Jake.

I hear ya Jake, though we don't have as much as you guys do. Snow's been here since early Dec and I'm totally sick of it.

As for the fall foliage....buy a coffee table book or Yankee New England calendar, it lasts longer. The color only lasts a week then it's all brown and gray until mid April. Plus you can't even enjoy that one week of foliage because all the leaf peepers come and clog up the roads and every B&B from MA to Canada.

I'd love to get outta here but I'm locked in until the kid(s) are in college at least. My daughter is 2.5 so I have a looooooong way to go.
