Default Stereo install?

Guys I have a question about a new CD player install in my 69's stock dash? Someone had already cut out the stock radio location but I am wonder what is used to hold my new CD player in. Is there an install kit or do I have to make up some brackets? Any help would be great.

Thanks

Since the stock dash is all plastic, you'd probably have to fab some hangers. No biggie.

If you purchaised your radio new it will have everything you need, they all come with a cage that will help with the install, when you install the cage make sure you get it as tight as you can to help from move ment, once you have the radio installed in the cage you will have to climb under the dash and use the back strap provided with the radio to firmly lock the radio in place, this is all very easy and this will give you enough support to install this in the plastic dash. Good luck
