Default Tire size for a 12" rim

So now that I have one of my deep tubs and quarter panel in, I measured today and found that I have an extra 2 1/2 inches clearance between the wheel and deep tub. I'm going to send my 10" rims away and get them widened to 12". (Only cost $150 a rim and this company has an awesome reputation). What tire will fit a 12" rim and basically be flush to the rim? The clearance between the tire and outer wheel house/quarter lip is going to be tight so I need a similar fit to the tires I have. Here's what I mean:

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Yep, I have same size. Pretty common combo on rears that are mini-tubbed.

Are you running 18-19-inch wheels? if you have 19 the 345/30ZR19 fit awesome on that size. If you have 18 the 335 is the way to go.
