Default Do Wilwood black rotors fade?

OK this may be a dumb question but Im dying to know. I want the Wilwood black rotors but I keep thinking they will fade or the paint will come off after some miles. Anyone running these? If so how do they stay black once you've braked on them?

They will stay black (or relatively black) for about the first 100 miles...

Yeah they come off pretty quickly. It doesn't look so great once the paint or coating comes off. The one car I saw had maybe 300 miles on it, and the rotor looked terrible because it didn't come off evenly.

It does come off completly where the pad makes contact with the rotors. Usually in a 100 miles or so. And the viens and holes stay black.

If someone had one with 300 miles and the coating was not rubbed off even where the pad contacts, someone needs to re bleed.

Have almost 2000 miles on mine. The black was completley gone in less than 50 miles. If there is still black towards the outside of the rotor they haven't shimmed the calper correctly.
