We have used them all and always go back to Dynamat, it just seems to be the best for everything you need.

So it's an all-in-one deal then?

Hey Chris, have you ever used Second Skin Audio's Damplier or Damplier pro? Was wondering how they compare to Dynamat by someone who has used both.

Thanks!

I've used Raam Audio's Rammat, and had great results. It's alot like dynamat with the foil backing for heat. Sticks to anything, absolutely no smell whatsoever. And a heck of alot cheaper. I'd recommend it to anyone.

Most of my 'audiophile' friends use the stuff so they turned me on to it.

From what I hear there's alot of great products out there, but I used dynamat extreme, even on the roof panels and doors. Excellent product!

I use Second Skin's Damplifier Pro. I cant compare it with Dynamat since I have never used it, but I have no complaints with the Damplifier Pro. It goes on great. Thick and durrable. No odor either.

I've been been hearing lots of good things about Lizard Skin and was thinking about trying it. Who has used it? Were you happy or not? It sure looks like an quick easy way to go if it works.

Sorry to bump a 3 week old thread but I was just given a link to this thread and thought I would stop by and chime in..

A couple peopl ementioned that they have used our Damplifier Pro products with goodresults. I am very happy to hear that, but not too surprised. We kind of had "customer satisfaction" in mind when we developed the product.

Dynamat Extreme and Raammat have also been mentioned in this thread. Both are good products but I would say that Dynamat will outperform the Raammat by a about 50% every time.
Rick (the owner of Raamaudio) just came out with a new product though and it is supposed to be a step above the BXT product he has been selling for the last few years. I have seen the specs and talked to Rick about it and it seems like Dynamat Extreme will still out perform it (due to the hard aluminum foil layer it has) but it should be a decent contender.

If anyone has any questions about Second Skin products, or automotive sound deadening in general, feel free to call me up
I am always happy to help regardless of which company you decide to buy from:
