Default No Problem

YEAH OK...

RAMBLER DONE.yeah 45 days..NOT.. HAHA
we ran into 1 problem ..the new fuel tank filler neck has a bend in it which was in the right spot but they put too much angle in it so it wouldnt bolt up...he was pissed...so ill have to pie cut the tube and reduce the angle. we ran out of time sunday...
every thing else is done but hooking up fuel system (tank )and get exhaust done...(2.5 inch) with the 3 chamber flowmasters that we have....so a couple nights this week we will go back at it .

so stay tuned ill post more pics

Default its alive

finally

we got THE EL CAMINO running last friday......my dads had the motor/trans for 3 years ..so getting it going it was huge for him.he has driven around the block .3 times..haha it idles at 560 rpm all is good ...
we have purged all air from cooling system found all coolant and fuel leaks (small) had to tighten a few things..... everything is good no other fluid leaks .. the dakota digital dash works great....
its going to get the exhaust put on saturday morning..2.5 flowmaster 3 chambers .
we are going to put on the crower roller rockers and it will be done ..
taking it to the chassis dyno and get computer tuning will be the final step ..
it the first father/ son project we have worked real hard on.so it been a "test " of patience and understanding..dads old school and a stock guy likes everything to just bolt in and HOOK UP OR FIT.....hahaha.. yeah fit.. with a hammer!!
well i broke him in on "custom" ..cause nothing just bolts in and works when you replace every part of the fuel system and engine wiring ....anyway just thought id share the deal with you guys ...power tour count down is on....

WHOOOOO HOOOOO
