Default Seat alteration for tubs

Last year someone posted some info on redoing your rear seat for mini-tubs on a first gen Camaro. From what I remember it showed what and what not to cut out on your rear seat for the tubs. I can't find it does anybody have the link to that post?
Thanks
Kevin
