Wilwood brakes question

WILWOOD BRAKES QUESTION

I am running kit 140-9803 front brakes with spec 37 rotors. We are getting a knocking noise on the drivers side.. under hard braking only not soft braking.

Is this the pads moving because they are not bedded yet?

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated...
