It's called "Crip Walking". The L.A. Crips came up with that dance along time ago.

I saw the Wiggles dancing like that when I was watching TV with my daughter a couple mornings ago. About the same quality of musical score too.

LOL - Some of those moves are straight from the Charleston- others are vintage "soft shoe" tap dance moves.

Nothing new except the name. I wonder what Gregory Hines would think? LOL
