Eyes On Design Show - Edsel Ford Estate - Grosse Pointe Shores, MI
Father's Day Sunday (7/17/07) 10:00 am - 4:30 pm

For those in MI, this event is for the whole family to enjoy. By invitation only, GM Design Team has invited a group of 200 cars from the Ford model T through current day Lamborghini's. The muscle car era will be represented by 10 vehicles.

The neat part is the estate will be open to the public for viewing. Call 313.884.4222 to verify tour hours. For those not from Metro Detroit, Grosse Pointe Shores, MI is the old rich of the Automotive Industry. Mansion upon mansion. A great area to car cruise along the lake front.

I will be there with my GOAT and I believe another member's car or two will be at this event also.

I was invited to bring the speedster, not finished. I'd love to be invited next year, maybe it'll be done.

I was supposed to take Paladin to teh Eyes on Design, but a blown head gasket has derailed all of my June plans. Not too disappointed about the Power Tour though, I hear it rained the first 4 days! Anyone going to Columbus July 14-16? I am going (with new cometic head gaskets, arp head studs, and methanol injection!) for teh first time. I hear it is fantastic.

Thanks for all the help and support for the show guys. We've lost out on some very high end builds for the show but we still have top in class people and cars coming. If your in the area please drop in for the show on Fathers day. Monies go to a very good org.

It rained for part of the day on Sunday and Monday, the rest of the week went great!

Chris, I hope you take a bunch of pics for us at the Eyes on Design show.
