I found this great short video about one of our Lateral-G members and his family. Tom Farrington, his wife Deb, and son Sam like to compete in the Ultimate Street Car Association events held throughout the country. What’s so cool about this family is that they all have a passion for racing, and these events allow them to be together doing something they love. It’s a family event, where many of the competitors are very close friends, they hang out together, help each other, and really turn these events into a great family outing. Many don’t consider a track event to be a family event, but that’s exactly what these USCA events have become.
This is what it’s all about. If you haven’t been to one of these events I cannot stress enough how cool they really are. Tom has a 64 Chevelle wagon and a 66 Chevelle that both compete on the track. You don’t need a full blown race car to have a great time with the family, and make life long friends along the way. Make sure you check out the next event in your area!
