Great pics, Steve. I've been thinking about picking up a digital SLR, I'd like to be able to take some wide angle shots. What do you shoot with?

The Chevelle has SMOY wrote all over it. The chassis and suspension are from outer space, and weather they work or not, impressive to say the least. The Chassis builder is saying there is 4500 hours in the car, I believe it. The one thing I was a bit disappointed at though were some of the claims the chassis builder was making. I heard some things like 1.3Gs. I let him know there are a few places (like Lateral G) that may call bull**** on 1.3Gs with 235s up front. Lucky though performance numbers for the autocross at SMOY are not factored in, as I understand it simply has to drive the coarse. But with that said, it will take one bad beotch in fab and enginuity to top it this year.

A Canon 20D with at 11-24mm Tokina lens. I can crazy close to something for a pic but at 11 it does distort a bit. Handy for SEMA though.

I'm thinking of upgrading in the near future so PM me if you want a camera.. would sell my 20D body (8.1mp)

If that car, with those tires and wheels, can pull 1.3g then I will eat one of my Toyo R888s. It just isn't going to happen. The Morrison vette didn't quite pull that much (was close) and it COG was a foot or two lower than that Chevelle. It also had better tires and weighed half a ton less. lol

It's like saying "My car will run 10s" when it's never been down the strip.

I didn't like the lack of inner fender wells, they just looked missing. The suspension fab work was very cool though and the engine looked killer.
