What amazes me most about your car is how you have taken 10lbs of "stuff", put it in a 5 lb bag and still make it look incredibly clean. I am sure looking up from down below is a maze, but from top down, you have pulled off a miracle.
You are going to have to publish your own 3 Volume Service Manual for that thing!!
that's a very good analogy Bruce; now with the intercooler and intake plumbing it's more like 15 pounds in a five pound sack...........
Don't forget about the radiator hoses! Your IC has one in and one out right? That should be a little easier than 2 in & 2 out like you had planned for the Camaro.
well, I started on the intercooler, air inlet, and radiator tubing today. Fabbed up the inlet first. Everything is just tacked as I have a guy who can copy my tacked together pieces and make it a one piece tube.
Then started the intercooler to throttle body. Very tight to get past the air inlet, turbo to intercooler hose, and lower radiator hose, but it clears.
Very nice Jody. That intercooler tubing looks like a tight fit, but its looking great. The Malibu keeps looking better and better. Keep up the good work

finished the intercooler to throttle body tubing (made it 2 piece as you cannot remove it as one piece), both radiator hoses, and the air inlets for both turbos. All that's left is the (2) turbo to intercooler lines, merging into one inlet; this will be the hardest part, so I saved it for last.............
Once finished I'll take all the individual lines I made and have them copied in stainless or steel as one-piece units, so no weld lines.
