You can see here.. imagine the fasteners like Scott showed holding it the valve covers. The VCs are drilled and tapped for the bolts and there are around 5 per a valve cover.

I haven't been too fond of the newer gen stuff just because the engines often look all cluttered with the extra electronics and prefer the old school stuff from an aesthetics perspective. However, I must admit that dayum, that sure is purty :-)

yep pretty basic- u need to space the coils before u tighten them down- very easy

Thanks Guys- so your pretty much stuck buying there valve covers to mount them. I was wondering if I could mount them to a set of gm center bolt competition Chevrolet valve covers. I amagine the threaded holes in the inside verticle plain of your VC's must have a casted boss. The Katech covers aint cheap, the gm chevy covers are nice for 110 bucks per.

i got mine from LS1 tech classifieds- I've seen em for $300- well worth the money

Mike, That is exactly what I had in mind, very nice. How did you fasten the bracket and if you punched through the covers how did you seal it?
