I can't wait to see the Track Rat all done.. We did the backs different from the above but it has a really good look. The big moment will be when there's tires and it's slammed on the ground.

We also stretched the fronts one inch..

JCG does some crazy good metal fabrication work (and they make some killer billet stuff)

Thanks Cris...

Thanks for the compliments Steve & the opportunity to do this to the Track Rat! Lets just make sure we get a case of beer for Dick @ Best of Show when he gets the car back & has to do the body work again

I cant wait to see the car painted & assembled!

Nice work, please keep us updated on these builds. I'd love to see how they come out.

Default 70 Camaro Stretch

This is what it looks like when we stretch a 70.. The body line towards the door can be a challenge!

2 inch on pass side

1 inch on driver side

I like the 2 inch version. But I agree with some others that doing the fron at the same time would help balance it out.
Thanks for posting the pics.

This reminds me of the wide bodykits out there mostly for the ricer boys. Now looking at the above fabrication pics, you guys go all out with the fab/bodywork...which I'm loving by the way. But these other kids on the streets, do they just tack the fender flares on, cut the stock lip out and slap on some wider tires, kind of like a rush hack job? Just wondering b/c some of these "tuner" boys have fake turbos, coffee can exhaust tips, big wings, and the best one of all...the turbo whistle emanating from the exhaust tip from a kit they bought on E-bay for that turbo sound. Beautiful rides by the way.
