The new 55” Deluxe Bench Seat will be available in nine different patterns, a wide variety of colors, and is Universal to fit most applications. Corona, Calif. (April 1, 2022)- Less than a year after the release of our 60” Deluxe Bench Seat, TMI Automotive Products, Inc. is proud to introduce our 55” Deluxe Bench Seat. Adding a 55” version will make our Deluxe Bench an option for a greater range of applications, specifically in the world of street trucks. This seat was created as a direct response to customer requests, combining the nostalgia associated with bench seats of days past with all of the modern amenities and comfort we crave. A styling facelift, endless customization, and the inclusion of a center console and storage area make for the ultimate bench seat. The Deluxe Bench Seat also offers an18.5-inch-long by 7.25-inch-wide armrest with two cup holders and integrated storage, which can be flipped up to allow for a third seat. At the heart of our 55” Deluxe Bench Seat is a strong all-metal 1” tubular frame with slider tracks (allowing for easy adjustment along the seat tracks) and reclining seatbacks. The frames are constructed in-house. The complete replacement bench seat features all-new high-density molded foam for the seat bottom and backs, wrapped in hand-sewn covers. The frame has a height of 26.5 inches (with two additional inches added to height with the mounting tracks), is 55 inches wide (measured from bolster to bolster),and the base is 22 inches long from the back of the seat to the front. This seat arrives fully assembled and ready for bolt-in installation. Mounting brackets are sold separately and are available to mount our 55” Deluxe Bench Seat in many popular vehicles. The 55” Deluxe Bench Seat is available in nine different patterns. Choose from our more seamless and sleek patterns like the Sport or choose something with a race-inspired feel like the Sport-SS pattern. The addition of grommets on our Sport-X and Sport-VXR add an edgy touch. TMI PRODUCTS WELCOMES NEW CHICANE II RACE-STYLE SEAT TO PRODUCT LINE-UP
The new race-inspired seat is the perfect fit for Restomods, weekend warriors, autocross aficionados, and Pro-Touring enthusiasts. Corona, Calif. (April 1, 2022)- TMI Automotive Products, Inc. is proud to introduce our newest product: The Chicane II Race-Style Seat. This new and improved seat might look familiar if you know of our Pro-Series Universal Sport Chicane Seats. Utilizing years of experience and expanding on previous blueprints, this seat has been re-designed and constructed with the autocross aficionado, weekend warrior, Restomod, and Pro-Touring enthusiast in mind. Our Chicane II Race-Style Seat is a complete replacement bucket seat with slider tracks and double adjusters. The seat’s frames are constructed in-house. The new design features a single horizontal harness well, replacing the pair of harness wells found on the top of the previous Chicane seat. The seats are purpose-built for left and right sides, with a reclining side lever on the door-facing side. This lever replaces the circular dials on the previous model. The Chicane II seats are sold as a pair. As with the previous Chicane seats, the new version is equipped with a strong all-metal 1” tubular tilting frame for the ability to tilt or slide. This means that our Chicane seats can be completely reclined and adjusted for comfort — a luxury not typically afforded by classic cars. Wrapped around the metal frame is a heavy bolstered, high-density molded foam. The frame has a height of 35.75 inches (with two additional inches added to height with the mounting tracks), is 21.5 inches wide with new wide bolsters that fits a 38”wide waist comfortably, and the base is 24 inches long. This seat arrives fully assembled and ready for bolt-in installation. Mounting brackets are sold separately and are available to mount our new Chicane II seats in many popular vehicles. The Chicane II Race-Style Seat is available in two distinct pattern options: Sport or Sport-SS (SuperSport). The Sport-SS pattern is new for this year and features striking center double stripes, while the Sport features a seamless design without stripes. Our Sport-SS pattern was designed with race styling in mind, emulating the racing stripes found on the exteriors of many automotive racing greats. The seats are upholstered in high-quality vinyl, with the Sport-SS option giving you the option for contrast material for additional style We offer many unique color choices to fit any build, with a choice of ten contrasting stitch options for a custom result.
