Thanks again, guys! Detailing is important to me, and I'm glad you noticed.

Hehe, and don't get me going on the house... Another project of mine.. She's a 4500 square foot timber frame on a 1 acre wooded lot. After a decade of dreaming, and a year of planning, designed from a blank sheet of paper by my Wife, myself, and our architect, we broke ground in Novenber of 2000, and raised the frame in February of 01.

In August we moved in. (we ran out of money in July.) We had 2 working toilets, and those bathrooms had the only doors in the house! I had to seriously sweet talk the building inspector to get an occupancy permit.

Over the next 5 years, I finished her with my own hands. I did all the finish electrical & plumbing, all the tile, kitchens and bathrooms, everything.

Here's a couple of my favorite pics. Unfortunately I don't have any now, with everything done and the landscaping grown up. The pic of Carol and I under the bare timber frame says it all for me.
